New TV spot for Smurf Movie
New TV spot for the movie! I found this on the movie's official Facebook page, and it says this:
"Lauren and Scotty aren't the only ones heading to the finale. So are the Smurfs. Get a sneak peek of what you'll see tonight during tonight's American Idol finale!"
I'm guessing what this means is that you'll see them giving their own performances during the show (and I'm guessing during commercial breaks). So if you're in the US, my advice would be to watch American Idol tonight and keep a lookout for them!

Sorry I missed it! I just went to see "Kung Fu Panda 2" in 3D for it's special preview in Times Square, and I just came home from the movie at 9:30 PM. I'll try to find this commercial in my DVR'd American Idol. Smurfy luck!

And can you download more screenshots from both the new trailer and the TV commercial? I bet it even includes the Smurf village, the Grotto, and the Smurfs' visit in NYC and FAO Schwarz!

I noticed in the new trailer that in the Smurf Village (which looks nothing that I have seen before in the cartoons, the comics, and the 1976 film), there is a banner in the middle that seems to read: The Festival of the Blue Moon.
At least Azrael in the live-action film is depicted as a real cat instead of a CGI one.

Yes, there is a Blue Moon Festival occurring in Smurf Village. And all the Smurfs are celebrating.

And if you're seeing "Kung Fu Panda 2" in 3D this weekend, look no further. This trailer for "Smurfs" will be showcased before this movie from Dreamworks along with "Cars 2", "Harry Potter", "Judy Moody", "Winnie the Pooh", and "Mr. Popper's Penguins".

I don't think if i watch the kung fu panda 2 there
will be this trailer before the movie begins
Thailand still not have a single teaser so maybe
there's another teaser version?
Anyway,this is their best trailer because it's
the longest version.

I simply LOVED that!! Clumsy looks so adorable when he stops and looks us with that wondering expression as if he's asking "Oh, gosh, what am I gonna smurf now?"

Nice find, Candy! I've now pre-ordered the DS game, since it looks like a different game that's actually based on the film. I'm not a big fan of dancing games, but I might pick up the Wii game when it's cheap.
