Those are awesome! Okay my smurf loving friends I have a report from a good friend *BUT* it is unconfirmed at this point in time ... I was told the first teaser trailer for The Smurfs Movie will be shown with...Toy Story 3! I have even heard that the first trailer will be shown sometime this holiday season.
Let's cross of fingers and hope this is true!

That is GREAT news SmurfyD!! I wanted to see Toy Story 3 anyways and a smurf teaser trailer makes it so much more awesome!! I hope it comes true!

What exciting news! Do you think they mean Holiday Smurfs - as in dressed up for Thanksgiving or for Christmas? I would love to see talking Christmas Smurfs... and everything else smurfy you mentioned!!!

Macy's is doing this as an effort to push The Smurfs back into the Lime-light and to promote the upcoming movie. Also, The Smurfs will be all over this years up coming Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. As for the plush smurfs Macy's stores will be offering them they are decked out in Christmas duds.

SmurfyD I think they're all New Yorkers!! Liz Smith and Michael Musto are writers I think and Tom Colicchio is a chef..
pvcblue I'm just happy there's a chance for June Foray in the Smurfs movie!!! Fingers crossed!

Yes I hope she gets in as well, she is a really nice lady and has signed alot of my Jokey smurfs for me (she is a friend of mine's grandmother)- I just wish they would use her for the voice of Jokey Smurf instead of Pervert Herman.

That is seriously awesome. The Smurfs in that picture look so good. Oh I can't WAIT to see this movie. I can't believe there will be a trailer as early as this Thursday. That's crazy. I'm looking forward to it.

I like how textured they made Papa Smurf's moustache and beard while retaining his look. They could have been lazy and made him look like a Mario character from a Gamecube Mario game. Now all we need to see is a Smurfette model to see how her hair turns out.
