Hello,

Thanks for mentioning the Smurf stories - I stumbled across them this
morning and now have wasted about three hours of my day reading them and
reliving my childhood! I used to love these stories about 20 years ago,
many thanks for the reminder.

I'm sure I remember some of the books a little differently - I had a copy of
The Weather Smurfing Machine, with similar pictures, but laid out in the
larger comic book format with speech bubbles, like King Smurf or Smurphony
in C, not as a small story book. I distinctly remember that pea soup was
one of the key components of the machine, something which isn't mentioned in
the shorter story book version you reference. Do you have the longer
comic book version?

Do you have any others? I'd love to read about the Space Smurf story and The Smurfette again. Cheers.

All the best,

Graham

Thank you for the very kind words Graham!

Many of the books I reference are "mini-books", which are tiny picturebooks with a picture on one side of the book, and text on the other. These "mini-books" are cut-down and size-reduced versions of the full stories you remember.

Thanks for stopping by...and for the compliments!
