In the later seasons of the Smurfs there was this large toad that all the Smurfs were always afraid of. It had a distinct name, it wasn't the Wartmongers, it was an actual toad or large bullfrog and had this name that is was known for. I can't for the life of me remember its name. I remember in one episode where all the Smurfs somehow became fearless Sassette went into the woods outside the village and found the toad and brought it back to the village with a leash. I don't know if it was an actual predator to the Smurfs, I think it was just more of a big bully and nuisance like Big Mouth was. Anyone have any ideas and further clarification of this toad?

I`m not sure but that toad guy sounds like Nemesis to me. He looked just like a bullfrog or a robed figure and had some sort of conflict with Gradnpa Smurf but i`m not sure if that`s the guy you`re asking for.

There`s no teacher who can teach anything new. He can just help us to remember the things we always knew.

No, that's not the guy. It was just a large wild toad or bullfrog that lived in the wild somewhere in the forest outside the village.

The Gorumpa (or is it Gorumper?), or something like that. I finally saw a few episodes with this toad. It made this loud deep sound, "GORUMP!!! GORUMP!!!" Hence the name they called it. The Wartmongers were terrified of the thing.

Anyone remember it now?
