It says 1998 Infogrames Multimedia
Peyo 1998-Licensed through I.M.P.S. (Brussels): the type character used by Peyo shall be used by SOYONG.
SOYONG is a Taiwan company so i supposed it's manufactured in Taiwan.
Anyway, i'll give u the email add for SOYONG. service@mail.soyong.com.tw
There's a website add too...but i think it'll most probably be in Chinese. http://www.soyong.com.tw

i went to the SOYONG website..and found out that there's an English version. Well, u can go check it out...but i think there's nothing on Smurfs there...
