Handy (concerned): But he will discover the pearl is with us anyway, and can smurf Marina and her father some harm in revenge, Papa Smurf!
Papa Smurf: I also imagined it, Handy. So, before looking for you, I instructed Dreamy to prepare his ship and everysmurf is at the dock, waiting for us.
Handy (surprised): Dreamy?? But he and Hefty were talking to me before... and they were smurfing so mysteriously, by the way!
Papa Smurf (smiling): In fact they were crazy about smurfing you all, but I told them to keep discreet. And now, let's go to the dock and join the other Smurfs, because it’s time for Marina's and King Aquarius' rescue right now!

Papa Smurf (still smiling and taking him by his hand): No time for sighing, Handy, but for action! Come on.
(At the dock, Handy sees, besides Dreamy's ship and all the Smurfs, Marina's sea horses waiting for them, with Hefty riding Hercules.)
Hefty: At last our brave knight smurfed! (Showing Ajax) Here's your battle horse!

Hefty (also with a same outfit and sitting on Hercules): Yeah! I can hardly wait to smurf that phony merman prince right in his nose!
Papa Smurf: Smurf it easy, you two! I've got a better idea...
Dreamy: And what's it, Papa Smurf?
Papa Smurf: We'll smurf out for Urchin and his soldiers to come here and face us!

(He takes a megaphone and starts to shout.)
Papa Smurf: URCHIN! COME HERE RIGHT NOW, IF YOU ARE A TRUE MERMAN! MY SMURFS AND I ARE READY FOR THE BATTLE, JUST WAITING FOR YOU!!
(Urchin hears that and gets astonished. But soon he recovers his arrogance and cold blood.)

Hefty (enraged): Let me at him, let...
Handy (holding his arm): Not yet, pal!
Grouchy (from the ship): I HATE not yet!
Urchin (same): And I see you also brought your Papa and little brothers to get beaten! (Then he sees Smurfette in the ship) Ah, the little insolent blue blonde! Let's see if you shall be coureageous, too! But don't worry, I've got some plans for you... After I win, you'll become a servant in my castle... You'll get lots of buckets to use and have fun!
Smurfette (furious): Then here's some fun for you, prince of shrimps!
(The bucket almost reaches his head, falling into the water.)

Urchin (in fact just waiting for the occasion to attack, addressing his soldiers): Did you see this, men? That's an outrage! Will you let those puny blue gnomes disrespect your prince?
Urchin's soldiers: NEVER!!
Urchin: Alright... (At this moment he turns to Papa Smurf and asks him:) Do you have any last words before me and my army annihilate all of you?
Papa Smurf (impassible): YES, I DO!! (He opens the bag and takes out of it the magic pearl.)

Urchin (mad with despair and rage): You won’t have it for long! (calling in his army) ATTACK! AND UNLEASH THE SHARKS TOO!
Papa Smurf (taking the pearl in his hand and raising it upwards): NOW IT'S UP TO YOU, MY FRIENDS... GO!!
(And a pack of thirty sea monsters appear, causing panic to Urchin and his army.)

Brainy (upset): "Your boat"? And what about the people who's smurfing in it, Captain?.
Jokey (same): Yeah, not that funny!
Dreamy (dismayed): That's right... Sorry, pals.
Smurfette: Papa Smurf, look! Those sharks want to smurf us!
Grouchy: I HATE those sharks!
(Two of the sea monsters sees that and advances towards the sharks, making them out of combat soon.)

(One of two sea monsters approaches and growls terribly at the shark, making it turn around and run away, scared.)
Brainy (relieved): Whew, Papa Smurf... This was a close smurf!
(Meanwhile, other sea monsters pursue Urchin's soldiers so fiercely that they end up cornered in a small cave, bringing about a true overcrowding.)
Hefty (to Handy): Here's our chance to free Marina and her father. Let's go!
(Riding Ajax and Hercules, they enter the grotto that leads to the castle.)
