Hello chibinekogirl101! I agree, I saw it on DVD. Wanted to see Lost Village in the theater, but moving happened and got in the way. Loved it when I saw it on DVD, one of my favorite movies.

I saw those, got them in a pack with the two live action movies. I was pleasantly surprised by both of them, they were practically hand drawn animation. I didn't notice that until the second time watching them. Looking forward to enjoying them both around Halloween and Christmas respectively.

I've used the site countless times as a reference resource and decided to make it offical!
I only have a small collection but have always loved The Smurfs.
Random fact, my first Smurf was Smurfette.

Before joining, I do recall seeing the Blue Buddies logo on some pictures on Google Images at times.
Not a bad first Smurf. Mine was an old plushie I had went I was little. I no longer have it, but The Lost Village plushies of Hefty and Smurfette were my first smurfs since then.

Yay! Love this website.
I just watched Smurfs: The Lost Village and I thought it was so good that I had to go online and do some Smurfs research, which led me to Bluebuddies.
A very informative site, with lots of history and information.
But something I thought was missing from your info and coverage on The Lost Village was the character of Snappy Bug. He/she is so important to the story of the movie but is not mentioned or pictured.
I love Brainy Smurf, and Snappy Bug was a big part of that.
