King of Trolls: Of course, my dearest! (To Grock and Zane) Bring the little Smurf here, and be kind: or else you two will deal with me!
(The two trolls exchange astonished looks but say nothing, leaving the throne room.)
King of Trolls: There! Your little blue one shall come here safe and sound, my friends. Anything else I can do for you?
Hefty (before Papa Smurf could reply): Yes!! Relieve Smurfette of the obligation to marry you!
The other Smurfs: Yes, yes! Her place is among us, in Smurf village!
King of Trolls (saddened): Oh... (To Smurfette) It's hard for me to recognize, but I think your friends are quite right, my dear! (He makes mention of kissing her hand but she avoids his gesture discreetly) Anyway, our marriage would never work right: so, I’m sorry, but our engagement is broken! I only hope you'll be considerate and understand it.
Smurfette (pretending sadness): Ohh, what a pity, Your Majesty! But yes, I undersmurf your attitude, so... What else could I do?
(Grock and Zane appear bringing Poet. Papa and the other Smurfs run to him, changing hugs and giving cries of joy.)

Papa Smurf: All I did was smurf a collection of acorns, hazelnuts, smurfberries and other things into gold.
