During the brawl, a conductor's stick is thrown into Papa Smurf's lab. An explosion emerges, implying he is working on an experiment. Cut to the group of Smurfs, who look worried.
Handy: Boy, Papa Smurf's not gonna like this.
At that moment, Papa Smurf opens the door and came out to see what the commotion is.

Hefty: (angry) Harmony's being a stuck-up jerk!

Papa: Have you no shame? This is supposed to be Brainy's smurfday and all I see is you two smurfing it into a big mess! You should know better than to smurf a fight on some Smurf's special day!

Smurfette: (knocks on Brainy's door) Oh, Brainy! It's time for your big moment!
Cut to inside of Brainy's house. He is wearing a top hat to go with his bowtie and cane.
Brainy: Wish me luck, Clumsy.
Clumsy: Uh, you bet. Yup, yup.
As Brainy came out of his house, he saw his fellow Smurfs.
Smurfs: (unison) Surprise! Happy Smurfday, Brainy!
Brainy (looks at another banner and reads) An annoying brag to all of the Smurfs?
Jokey: (snickers) Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
Brainy: (annoyed) Jokey!
Greedy: Hey, Brainy! Come and get some cake! Or what's left of it...
Brainy sees an empty plate, meaning Greedy ate the entire cake.
Brainy: There's nothing here! Honestly, Greedy, you could've saved some for the rest of us!
Dreamy: Oh, Brainy! There's some party games down to the right!
So, Brainy went over to the party games.
Brainy: Well, at least the games will be a saving grace to the party. (spots a game with his picture on it) What in smurf is this?
Smurfs: (unison) Pin the Tail on Brainy!
Brainy: Really? I was expecting something a bit more safe, like "Pin the Book on the Bookshelf".

Brainy (to Smurfette): Fun, Smurfette? Do you call that fun, implying that I'm a donkey?? Really?
Papa Smurf (startled): This is not what I expected for Brainy's smurfday party!!
Clumsy (as surprised as Papa): Gosh, Papa, not me either!!
Smurfette (dismayed): Sorry, Brainy... I really didn't know that foolish game could hurt you... And Jokey had promised not to smurf any bad joke on your smurfday, but as usual he couldn't smurf temptation!
Grouchy: I HATE temptations!
Jokey (protesting): HEY!! I had promised nothing at all!
Papa Smurf (facing him): Anyway, you shouldn't spoil anything else at Brainy's party after all that you smurfed before! (Turning to Greedy) And what about you? Was it so difficult for you waiting to eat a piece of cake after the smurfday song?
(Still licking his fingers, Greedy lowers his head and replies nothing.)
Brainy (distraught): Awww, what's the use! I should have imagined that something unsmurfy was about to happen just at my smurfday! As if what happened last year wasn't enough... But why am I surprised, since I'm said to be the least appreciated Smurf in the village after all?
Smurfette (more dismayed): Please, Brainy, don't get like that, we shall...
Brainy (getting more nervous): NO, NO! I WANT TO HEAR NOTHING! And I want to see nosmurf of you either! THIS IS THE WORST SMURFDAY PARTY I'VE EVER HAD!
(He turns around and storms off home, slamming the door.)
Papa Smurf (with arms akimbo and looking at the Smurfs, with Clumsy by his side visibly upset): Congrats, my Smurfs. Smurfy job indeed! I suppose you are very happy now.
