Topic: Fake black angry smurf? Has symbol under feet

I have this black angry smurf, but it's all black, not with a white hat. Couldn't find anything online anywhere about this one. I think it's fake but it does have a symbol under its feet. The symbol is super hard to read but does anyone recognize it?

I tried to delete my post but it's too late. I used Google image search and found only one result. It's apparently from the Waldbauer promo Smurf set. I cannot find it on this site but I'm also new here so I may be doing something wrong. If anyone has an estimated value that would be great, or point me to where it is on this site. Thank you

Oh great, thanks for the reply and the help! I have the green one with the wrench as well. This is good to know.
I'm starting to find them on ebay now that I searched for "raw smurf".

I got one as well. I couldn't find anything about it besides the smurf being a raw and apparently Waldbauer and Solid Smurfs?. But i cant find anything about it there. Mine says W.Germay and Peyo on the arms. So i think it dates before yours. Unless your smurf got that written on the back arms? Got the stamp on the foot and a 3 on the other foot. I can find some information about it being for the production crew back in the days so they knew what resin to use. I think the smurf is super rare and a prototype. What the value is. Who can say. But i think they are super expensive.

I wish I knew how much they were. I ended up selling mine for cheap unfortunately. If you figure it out let me know.

Ohh, that's a shame. Well i guess the price is what a collector is willing to pay. I collect retro toy and often rare toys. I have done so for many years and Black/angry smurf/ Noir is one of the items i collect. Would be interesting to know how many prototypes that is out there and if i got the only prototype from Peyo in the world. Anyways this is a grail piece for smurf collectors. So i will keep it for now ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Just for fun. I had it as a kid. There is also Marshmallow Man, Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs and Goodfeathers. I did it like a Spot the characters type thing like Waldo.
