Papa Smurf (frowning): Hmmm... I'm starting to understand it now! I bet you realized to smurf him in your habitual giftbox prank, and then...
Jokey (stunned): Giftbox prank? Was that a prank, like the surprise I had smurfed to Clumsy?
Papa Smurf: Yes, Jokey; but with the difference that it didn't explode as usual!

Papa Smurf: Not always, Jokey; they can smurf a lot of harm when they feel attacked or someone tries to rob them of their gold, for example.

If you were to insult a leprechaun or play a joke on them, they’ll place a curse on you. The only way to remove the curse of a leprechaun is to collect 10 pounds of gold and present it at the first sight of a rainbow.”

Jokey (distraught): Please, Handy, I'm not in the mood for joking... I'm serious this time! Papa Smurf asked you to come with me to his lab, just that!
Hefty (facepalming): Oh, wait, I remember that now!! (To Handy) I hate to admit, but Jokey seems to be right. He not only doesn't remember the jokes he smurfed before, but he no longer knows what his giftboxes are for!
Handy (surprised): But how would he have changed then?
Hefty: I don’t know yet, but when I found him in the forest he was already smurfing like this! Well, let's go to Papa's lab, no doubt he'll need our help.
