Topic: The Lost Smurfette: Ariel's First Days in Smurf Village

*_Of course, first, I have to give a brief look into my backstory:_ Once upon a time, Papa Smurf was waiting for an important delivery....
This was no ordinary package, mind you. This was a package from the Fairy Queen Mersandra’s Great Stork.
The Great Stork delivers all of the children of magic creatures to their rightful parents.
As everyone knows, no Smurf brought by Mersandra’s Stork is ever a girl, simply because there was no visible need for women in the village. This child.... she was different. And she was made as a companion for only one Smurf: Brainy.
There was a knock at Papa’s door, one stroke till midnight. When Papa answered it, Mersandra herself walked in. She said that her stork had refused to make the delivery, and took the girl far away, instead.
Mersandra wasn’t able to find him on her own and retrieve the child, so she came to seek his help. Papa immediately got out of his nightclothes and began the search.
They finally did find the stork, but they were too late. The child had already been thrown through the magic portal in the falls of the Blue Moon Springs.
Papa and Mersandra scolded the stork severely and sent him home.
Early the next morning, Papa put up signs on the path leading to the spring, renaming it the Forbidden Falls so that he wouldn’t see his other smurfs face the same fate as his Lost Smurfette, Ariel.*
*_This is what kept me alive:_ Mersandra, without Papa knowing it, went through the portal to look for Ariel, and when she found her, she cast a special spell on the girl to turn her human.... with some exceptions. For she knew that Papa Smurf would eventually find the world that was on the other side of that waterfall.
She raised Ariel as her own until she was one-hundred and forty. When she left, she used a disguise and watched her as she grew up._I am now (in the story, of course) 180 years old. and have battled two evil wizards, in the end of the battle, a rock from a nearby castle fell, knocking me unconscious..._*
*Papa Smurf (along with help from Brainy, Clumsy, Smurfette, Gutsy, Hefty, and Grouchy,) has managed to bring the unconscious Ariel home to the Smurf Village after their final battle with Gargamel (yes, final, as in: "Ol' Gargy's smurfed the bucket").*
(SETTING: Papa's mushroom *The Smurfs, having returned from their journey, have patched up their injuries and are now sitting in Papa's house, waiting to see if Ariel can be saved.*)
SMURFETTE: Will she be OK, Papa?
PAPA: I hope so, Smurfette. *turns away from the others,* (to himself) I hope so.
*Three days later, Ariel wakes up. Papa and the others are working on the dam.*
ARIEL: Hello? Is any smurf there?

Meanwhile gargamel was up to no good he created a enchanted smurfette.
He added the ingredients half a heart , a stone, half a deck of lies, crocadile tears, laugh of a magpie, a heavy weight and it went from there.
Boooooom!
Before him was a smurfette with black long hair and light blue eyes. On her cheek was a black heart. The smurfette stood before him she wore a red shirt and white pants. She looked up at him. "I shall humbly serve you oh great wizard." She kneeled before him. Gargamel was shocked but the emotion never plastered his face.
"welcome to my hovel my creation hmmmm what shall i call you...." Gargamel looked at her. "Hmm buffy smurfette." He picked her up in his hand. "I have a job for you my dear. " he said setting her on the window ceil. "You must bring me back that pathetic ariel do not fail me." Buffy nods "yes master as you wish...."'gargamel holds up his finger "but first you need a disguise. He gives buffy a blonde wig and paints her black heart on her cheek red. "There..." He said.
Buffy nods waving jumping down. "I will not fail u!!!!" She runs off into the enchanted forest leaving gargamel looking out the window he scowls "thats what they all say"
Buffy was now in the woods she sighed she looked around walking farther. She heard singing and hid behind a bush. "LA LA LA LA LA LA!" The smurfs walked behind each other one by one. The smurfs started picking smurfberries. Hefty smurf was picking the one buffy was hiding in and hefty thought her nose was a smurfberry a grabbed it. Buffy shreaked and fell back and looked at him and hefty was startled also and fell back. "WHO ARE YOU? " hefty questioned. "Im buffy smurfette she said calmly looking at him.
Hefty stood up and helped her up "im hefty smurf." Buffy blushed looking away "nice to meet you.
Hefty looked at her confused "are you lost?"
Buffy nods still looking away.
Hefty sighs "you can come back with me."
Buffy mumbles "ok

Hefty led buffy into the village walking beside her. It was a foggy morning and everyone was busy at. Work.
Miner saw buffy "smurf begonin what a lovely lass." He said with a small smile.
Buffy looked at miner and raised an eyebrow "you think im pretty?"
Miner nods and hands her a gem "you can take it i found it in the mies."
Buffy looks at picking it up. "Wow thanks."
Miner smiles "well off i go!" He junps into the minecart rolling back into the mines.

Oh, here we are.
*(With Papa) Clumsy is working alongside Gutsy, both talking worriedly about what happened since they met Ariel...*
CLUMSY: Do you think she'll ever wake up, Gutsy?
GUTSY: *Grunting as he lifts one end of a log, the other end being taken by Grouchy.* Aye, lad. If that gal can handle life as a human for a hundred and somethin' years, two evil wizards, and havin' more magic than even Papa himself, she can handle a li'l' smurf coma.
CLUMSY: OK... Why aren't you worried, Grouchy?
GROUCHY: I [B:]HATE[/B] worried!
CLUMSY: Oh, right. *he sits down on a rock with a sigh.*
GUTSY: But Clumsy, you never told us why you were worried.
CLUMSY:*looks down* Papa said... she's my TWIN.

*Gutsy, shocked steps back.*
GUTSY: Uh, sure.
CLUMSY: We didn't mean to upset you, Hefty. We were just... *Clumsy looks back down, trying to hide his trembling chin.*
HEFTY: *Picks up a log with one hand and stares at Clumsy* What's the smurf with him?
GUTSY: *Coming back for another log.* He's worried about his twin.
HEFTY: *Raises an eyebrow.* "Twin?" You mean Brainy?
GUTSY: No! Ariel's his twin! Brainy's not even close to bein' a brother to 'im.
BUFFY: Ariel?
HEFTY: *Goes back to Buffy's side.* Yeah... She's the only girl that was brought by a stork to the village. It's been over a hundred years since she was born. She's been gone the whole time. She's back, but we can't see her yet.
BUFFY: *disappointed* Why not?
HEFTY: She's kinda... sick.
BUFFY: Sick?
HEFTY: I'l explain later.
*They finish working and head for the village. Gutsy and Clumsy continue their conversation.*
GUTSY: This "Buffy" lass seems suspicious, eh, laddie?
CLUMSY: I guess. Have you noticed how strange Smurfette's been acting? It's like, ever since Gargamel died.... she's been avoiding us.

GUTSY: Aye, ever since Ariel smurfed Gargamel, the wee lass has been lookin' a li'l pale.
*The Smurfs walk past Papa on their way out.*
PAPA: My little Smurfs... *sees Buffy* Who's this?
BUFFY: I'm Buffy.
PAPA: I hope I'll be seeing you later. *to other Smurfs* I'd like you to go to my lab and check on Ariel
CLUMSY: Uh, sure, Papa... No problem.
PAPA: Don't worry, Clumsy. I already know she's not dead. I just want you to check if she's awake yet.
GUTSY: How do you know she's not dead, Papa?
PAPA: I know because Clumsy is still alive, as well.
*The Smurfs look to Papa with confusion.*
PAPA: A long time ago, when they were born, and Ariel was lost, Mersandra cast a spell on Clumsy that kept them both alive until one were to die... If one twin dies, the other will perish as well.

*Ariel had gotten up and left Papa Smurf's house. The village seemed empty. Suddenly, she heard somesmurf singing.*
ARIEL: Hello?!? Is somesmurf out there?
*Ariel hears excited voices. The first smurfs she sees are her twin brother, Clumsy, and the village wisesmurf, Brainy.*
CLUMSY: Ariel! You're alive! I can't believe it!
BRAINY: I--- I knew she'd make it.
*Hefty comes next, followed by a strange female, with blonde hair and a red heart on her cheek*
ARIEL: Smurfette? Since when did you have a tattoo?
HEFTY: *Laughing* That's not Smurfette, Ariel. Her name's Buffy. I found her hiding in a smurfberry bush.
BUFFY: Hello, Ariel. Hefty said you ere sick. are you feeling better now?
ARIEL: Uh, yeah... I'm fine, thanks.

ARIEL: You know how I.... well, you remember what happened to Gargamel?
PAPA: Yes,Ariel, I remember how he died
ARIEL: *shudders at the word "died"* Yeah, anyway, it involved a connection between that and Smurfette...
PAPA: What? No, Ariel, nothing is wrong with Smurfette. How would there still be a connection?
ARIEL: Has she been acting... different, lately? You know, maybe behaving less social? Or has she been looking a bit pale?
PAPA: *gasp* Why, yes....
ARIEL: *nods* So it begins...

ARIEL: She's fading... Gargamel's death... it affected the magic that brought her to life. Has her hair been shedding, or getting shorter, anything?
PAPA: Not that I know of, why?
ARIEL: Because that's how we know how much time we have to save her. The less hair, the less time... We have to measure her hair, and we have to keep her from cutting it.
