Hello! Longtime follower of "bluebuddies", but first time posting.
I am reorganizing my smurf collection and had a question about one of my items.
It is the 50th Anniversary Plush in a box, with gold figure and DVD. On the top front of the box, on the plastic, it states "First Edition 1 of 25,000".
My question is: is this really #1 out of 25,000? I haven't been able to find any others with that exact writing online. I even had a second one of these, but that one didn't have the 1 of 25,000 writing on it either.

Hi, Debra, smurfy nice to meet you! Well, I'd just entered Google images and found out that not all these 50th Anniversary plush Smurfs have this note on the box like yours.

Thanks for those who replied. The 1 of 25,000 marking is on the plastic at the top of the box. After more research, it seems to be a QVC edition of the plush.

Does anyone know if these 50th Anniversary smurfs had an a stitched logo at the bottom of the foot? Stock images show it did, but I've seen the QVC out of the box and they didn't have it. The feet were both plain.
Anyone know if the TRU one (the version that didn't have the '1 of 25,000' statement written on the box) have any foot stitching?

Yes, both are the same, but one shows the stitching on the foot and the other doesn't. From what I can tell, both are 'stock' photos the company sent out to advertise what is coming. Of course, the final product can change before a product hits the store shelves.
And that is exactly what happened.
I just got confirmation that both the QVC exclusive version and the TRU exclusive version DID NOT have the stitching.
