Unfortunately, Amtrak, I don't have that comic book. What I do have are: The Smurf Threat (in Dutch) The Jewel Smurfer (in German) The Clockwork Smurf (in German) The Smurflings (in French and German) Smurf Soup (in German) And a few smaller Smurf stories in German

I would like to do "Smurf On The Wild Side" as a sort of comic book presentation using screen shots. Unfortunately, the video quality for the episode in question is not the best.

And what really bugs me is that Warner Bros. isn't showing the Smurfs much love when it comes to releasing their episodes on DVD. So people have to resort to downloading torrents of their episodes copied from the syndicated version of the show which have the edits and time compression in them.

I read the part where Gargamel was arrested by the soliders, but why did they arrested him?

Given the culture, they must have thought Gargamel has gone somewhat loopy by going au naturale wearing nothing but a fake tree stump.

This story which involves a Smurf who originally appeared in the Hanna-Barbara cartoon series was more original than the comic adaptions of Baby's and the Smurflings debut episodes. It is a true original story with no elements taken from the cartoon series. Unlike these comic adaptions, "The Wild Smurf" was published in 1998, several years after the cancellation of the cartoon series.

I was thinking for my Empath fanfiction series, with Empath meeting the Wild Smurf of his universe, that it would play more along the lines of like tabloid stories of Bigfoot and that he starts off more as a legend that the Smurfs have heard about and even made up ridiculous stories, until they actually capture the Wild Smurf and see for themselves.

They thought he was nuts because he mentioned about the Smurfs. To The Outside World, Some don't believe they are real. Only those lucky enough to see them know they are.
That and he was half naked.
