From "Smurfy Day Care", at a frame on the part where Stormy crying after Blossom and Lily were turned into babies, her nose were briefly seen longer.

Umm... I'm sorry for saying that, but... Smurfstorm's long nose is not an error.
It is an animation smear. It is used to make a cartoon run smoothly, and The Smurfs 2021 cartoon series is one of those who use this technique a lot.

This is actually a grammar mistake error...
The word "Disguise" should be capitalized for an English title.
All of the other episodes have correct grammar, such as "My Smurf the Hero".

I've got two from The Smurfs and the Howlibird.
First up:
Handy's suspenders are missing and another Smurf's arms aren't colored.
Next:
What in blazes is up with Handy's neck in that shot?

In the same episode, Brainy can be seen on the ship when the Smurfs are searching for him and Greedy but Brainy was at the Uphorns.

I got one from Master Scruple, when the smurfs are looking for Gourdy, Clumsy checks a rock, then the rock mysteriously vanishes a few second cut later

A very strange error is in "Clockwork's Powerplay". Nat and Sassette are playing smurfball, but Nat is talking in Snappy's voice, then Nat disappears while Snappy comes back

I'm back with two more episode errors!
Both are from the 80's show.
In the episode "Smurfette", after Papa Smurfs brings Smurfette inside for the transformation. Brainy, who notices that everysmurf has left after he was talking, has his eyes placed on the wrong side for a split second.
In the episode "Monster Smurfs", right at the beginning of the episode, when Smurfette was picking the props for her costume, for a split second, her mouth is on her arm.

Okay, I gathered even more errors!
"Forget Me Smurfs"
Before Sickly to the snowy cliff, Brainy turned his head for a split second, and then turned back looking at the cliff. (If you don't get it, just watch the scene and look closely at Brainy)
"Essence of Brainy"
When Brainy (with his essence being lost) claims that the sky that Painter has painted looked nice, Painter's bowtie is partly blue.
"A Hug for Grouchy"
When Papa Smurf was telling everysmurf to hug eachother, one of the Smurfs' mouth is missing.
"Queen Smurfette"
When the Smurf characters are going to hide again, Brainy is layered incorrectly.
"Papa's Worry Warts"
When Painter came to Papa Smurf about Brainy criticizing his painting, his hat is a normal Smurf hat.
