Empath's of the sort where he can wipe the floor with Hefty if that was his desire, and if that was really necessary. He's pretty defenseless against Empath just blasting him away with a psionic burst, and Hefty knows it, apart from the mention in "Empath's Wedding" that Empath did break his hand at one point. So anyone who comes to Empath for protection from Hefty is pretty much safe...not that Empath is invulnerable, but that Hefty just knows he's signing his own death wish for daring to physically confront Empath, and Empath really doesn't want to resort to physical violence of any sort just to stop Hefty from hurting others.

This one I ended up making today because of what my brother Christopher did with the tcg-comic.homeserver.com server mirror of my website, which will probably be the last time it will ever be mirrored on his server because I traded some really angry words with him on Facebook.
