Has anyone ever seen a lamp like this before?
I found it at a junk store

Hey smurfy steph!
I loooooooooove your Smurf lamp! Not only is that smurf really cute but I like the fact that the lampshade is a mushroom!!!
Most of the smurf lamps that I have seen have either a smurf, smurfette or papa base but with a tradtional / "normal" lamp shade. And if it does have a mushroom lampshade it is usually in the brown tones - your lamp is the first I've seen with all blue and white colors. So it is really neat to see your picture!
You smurfed a really great deal from the junk store!
Have you found a lot of smurfy things at the junk shop?

PS - is that a mushroom pillow in the picture beside your smurf lamp? Where did you find that?

This was my only smurfy find at this particular junk store. It's mostly second hand furniture, but the lamp was in the window when I was walking by.
And yes that is a mushroom pillow. I got it at Zellers a few years ago.

thats' a cool lamp. Did you paint it yourself or did it come that way? hey, he should have white boots on because smurfs always wear white shoes with their white pants.

I came that way when I bought it.
I never noticed his feet weren't white, they should be!

Hey, this is so cool! i found that exact smurf lamp this weekend at a flea market!! thought it was cool! lady i got it from said that he had been her husbands! mine has different colors though!!!I will try to post a pic sometime when i get a chance!

Awesome find! I also love the colors. The only other one I have ever seen is in the Smurf collector's book: Unauthorized Guide to: Smurfs Around The World. But that one is done in darker colors. I wonder if they were purchased in ceramic shops and you could paint them how you wish.
