Grouchy: I HATE trouble!
(In the meantime, Brainy wanders nearby Gargamel's house.)
Brainy: By my calculations, as well as what I smurfed about traces of used traps, Handy and Hefty must have been smurfnapped by Gargamel! I must smurf a way to rescue them... despite all that both smurfed to me.

Gargamel (totally off guard): WHA?!
KA-BOOOOOOM!!
(With the explosion, Gargamel lets go of Handy, who is bound to fall. Seeing that, Azrael runs and stays below the little Smurf, opening its mouth wide to catch him.)
Hefty (aghast): HANDY! NO!
Handy: HELP! HEEEEELP!
(Suddenly...)

(A flashing light enters the hovel window and shoots Azrael, making it get petrified!)
Handy (falling onto Azrael’s head and going dow later, a bit dazed): What... What happened? (Then he hears two happy voices from outside.)
Voice #1: Smurfy job, Brenda!
Voice #2: Thanks much, Brainy!

Gargamel (coming round, blackfaced and standing up): OH, NONE OF THAT! YOU WON'T ESCAPE ME THIS TIME, YOU DETESTABLE LITTLE SMURFS! (He advances towards Handy and Jokey.)
(New flashing light comes in, petrifying Gargamel!)
Brainy (from outside): Brenda, you're great! Now let's smurf inside and get them.
Brenda: OK!

(After going far away from Gargamel's hovel...)
Handy: I'm curious, Brainy: how did you meet Brenda?
Brainy: I was thinking about a way to smurf you two from Gargamel, when I saw Brenda training her powers... so I asked for her help! (to the little witch) Thanks a lot of smurfs, Brenda. You know, we two didn't smurf along well the first time ever you came to Smurf village... But I, Brainy Smurf, must recognize that you, in fact, aren't "that horrible witch" whom I had called then. You are such a nice and sweet little witch, and I hope you don’t mind accepting me as your friend!
Brenda (getting moved and taking the Smurf with glasses in her hands): I'd also like very much to be your friend, Brainy Smurf. And I’m very glad to have helped! (She kisses him softly on his face.)
(After saying goodbye to Brenda, the Smurfs make their way to the village.)

Handy (dismayed): Yes... This time we smurfed too far with you, treating you like a soccer ball...
Brainy (smiling): ...and also a piñata, Handy, don't forget it.
Handy (same): Yes, indeed. Please, Brainy... Will you forgive us? We promise we'll never smurf you those bad pranks again!
Brainy (still smiling): Well... All I've got to smurf is that you...
(Jokey rolls his eyes up; Hefty and Handy change desperate glances as saying: "Oh no, not those lecturings again!!")
Brainy (same): ...can smurf yourselves forgiven, since I think the situation with Gargamel already served you two right! But on the other hand, I'd say it served for something nice too, because you are good friends again!
Handy (looking at Hefty, happy): That's right!
Hefty (doing Handy the same): Yes, indeed!
Jokey: And that you, Brainy Smurf, got a new friend in Brenda the little witch, right?
Brainy: Smurfxactly!! By the way, thanks much also for your help, Jokey Smurf.
Jokey: My smurfy pleasure, Brainy. And since you are the hero of the day, you deserve a nice... (he takes a giftbox out of his pocket) PRESENT!!
Brainy (startled): WHA?! NO, NO, THANKS! (He rushes off, being pursued by Jokey.)
Jokey: BRAINY, WAIT!! THAT'S A VERY SPECIAL SURPRISE! BEING A HERO, YOU DESERVE TO SMURF A REWARD!
Brainy: HEROES DON'T NEED ANY REWARDS!
(Handy and Hefty look at each other and start laughing.)
Handy: It's so smurfnice we all are friends again!!
Hefty: No doubt, Handy. No doubt!
