An outbreak of worry fills the village when Handy is sold to hunters. But there could be more trouble than they think.
Use Season 6 characters.
My goal is to make this like one of those 2-3 part specials, so feel free to be as creative as you like. As long as it's family friendly.

*the episodes starts with all the Smurfs gathering around at the sound of Harmony's trumpet*
Papa: Smurfs, I must warn you all that it's hunting season!
*murmurs start to fill the crowd*
Papa: If any of you need to smurf to the forest, please be careful! There could be hunters nearby!

Papa: My little Smurfs, I know you all hate the hunting season.
Grouchy: I HATE hunting season!
Papa: But there's nothing we can do to stop it. So, no smurfing off by yourself in the forest. Bring somesmurf with you in case anything happens.

Papa Smurf: No, Dreamy, I don’t think so. Hunters wouldn't hunt Smurfs just the way they usually do to hares, deer or boars. What kind of use would they make with one of us?
Dreamy: In my opinion they’d be quite capable of that if they saw one of us! They may catch a Smurf to keep him as a talisman, for example.
