Hello! I found this lamp at a thrift store and couldn’t pass it up. However, I couldn’t find anything about it online. Was curious if anyone’s seen this before or has any more info. ![[Eek!]](eek.gif)

Welcome to BlueBuddies, Berkeley! Thanks for sharing the great photo of your Smurf Lamp.
Back in the early 1980s, the brand Belokapi released a lot of smurf items (toys, plush, home items etc.) including your Smurf Lamp.
There are several different styles including round, oval or egg shaped glass globes with Smurf designs. They all have red accent parts. Some were suspension ceiling globe lighting and some were table lamps. There are a few different styles of the table lamps.
Your Smurf Lamp design features Papa watching Fishing Smurf / Smurfette & Smurf holding hands / Smurf playing the tuba. There is another design that features Smurf giving Smurfette flowers.

Your Smurf Lamp is interesting because the colors are unique. Both Papa and Smurf have blue eyes, not white eyes like you usually would see. And the ground is orange, not green grass like usual. The picnic basket has different colors as well. Very smurfy!

Thank you! I found some of those images and since mine was upside down I was confused but I guess you’re right, they made a lot of versions. I didn’t even notice the orange grass haha! I wonder how that happened.
