You have a very nice Music Box Smurf-a-gram!
The value of a Smurfs music box will depend on condition (are there any paint rubs / scuffs etc.), is the name of the song sticker still on the bottom of the stand, and most importantly, does it play music? Sometimes the turn/crank handle is broken or missing.
Some songs are more popular than others and some smurfagram themes are more popular than others. Generally speaking, the birthday Smurfagrams are very popular because everyone has a birthday to celebrate! Even the more niche themes (like World's Best Secretary) are very collectable to Smurf fans.
The music box Smurfagrams / Smurfs on Stands are the most collectable type of Smurfagrams simply because they play a song and everyone loves them!
Your "Another Year Congratulations" Smurfagram that plays the song "This Old Man" is rare because you don't often see the music box smurfagrams for sale and yours looks very smurfy!

Musical Smurfagrams / Smurfs on Stands
You can see that the Smurfagrams with the white base tend to turn yellow over time.
See the example of the Papa Smurf stand versus the Music Sheet Smurf stand... both originally had a bright white base / stand. This Papa Smurfagram has yellowed over the years.

Hello and thank you for your response. It works and plays a very nice melody. I have had it for many years. My thought is that a more serious enthusiast than I should own it, so I'm considering putting it up for sale.

The Another Year Older Congratulations Smurfagram has various Smurf figures on top of the white stand... Papa Smurf, Baby Smurf and Party Smurf.
