Does anyone have a suggestion on the best way to sell my collection? Blue Buddies? Ebay? etc?

The best way that you could sell them would be in groups if 3,6,12, etc. That way, you can get a wee bit more money than selling them in a big group.
The value on each Smurf is already on your checklist

Well,
the total for you regular Smurfs (in American money) would be $2,911;
the total for your super Smurfs would be $598;
the total for your Smurf buildings would be $250;
and the total for your Christmas Smurfs would be $300
Which totals to $4,059

All I did was simply add your prices together. If the might seem too high, you could sell the 4 lots separate, or even split them in half. I've seen several lots going for sale on ebay about the size of each of your 4 lots for around $400+.
It's all what you want to do
