So far from what I've seen, the house doesn't look what some would call "toy-etic". Almost looks like something I would put in a CGI production of my Empath stories.

yes it's Styrofoam covered with special kind of resin to protect it

I have seen gnome houses similar to that, but never such a realistic, home-made smurf house.
I seriously think you could make and sell those for a living. Or at least you could make a lot of extra money. Depending on the size and sturdiness of it, that kind of thing can sell for a hundred dollars.
