This is the latest fan adaptation I've started work on, which is "La Soupe Aux Schtroumpfs", which became the cartoon show episode "Soup A La Smurf" -- the title of which I'm keeping for this adaptation.

And since the comic is from 1976 and Smurfette didn't appear, I only wonder what Smurf adventure she got back. I remember there is a short comic strip in which she pays them a visit and announces the decision of marrying one of the Smurfs. Naturally this brought about much agitation in Smurf village. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

An idea that I had, about doing an art upgrade of the part in the original comic book version of "The Smurfs And The Magic Flute" to make the Smurf Forest in that story look a bit more like its later counterpart:

You have to read the rest of the comic story as Bigmouth is as agressive as depicted in the cartoon adaptation.
It is interesting to note that he appears more in the cartoon series than in the comics which the 1976 story is his only comic appearance.

Just a heads-up: I'm going to continue with this adaptation, but it's going to end up being less literal and will read somewhat like the Papercutz English version.
