Hi again,

I was just thinking--I know $39 might seem a little steep, but if you like I could make you a Smurfling-sized Handy doll for $24.99 US dollars. My Sassette doll just recently sold for that price, and I'm making a new one now, but I was thinking that it might be a fun challenge to figure out a way to modify her pattern for Handy.

Let me know if you're interested, and once I've finished the doll, I'll post a picture of it here. If you like it, I'll put it up on my Etsy shop. [Big Grin]

My mon is interested in both dolls so i think i am getting the smurfling size Handy doll. My mom wants to see it on the site so she can buy in from the site. I have the money and im not sure if she will buy the fullsized handy or smurfling size. She is still thinking about it, i showed her the site and she loves your work and thinks they are very cute. I will have the final dicision by dec 2.

The one I'm making now is the first and only Handy Smurfling doll I've ever made, and I'm essentially making it up as I go. [Big Grin] Same with the Handy Smurf doll I made for my brother. They're each one of a kind. But, once I've figured out how to make one, I can always make more. They won't be exactly the same as the first, prototype doll because they're all handmade. Also, I'm always tweaking and improving the patterns, and the exact type of yarn I used for one doll isn't always available when I go to make another so, sometimes, I have to substitute slightly different colors and textures. But that's the fun of it. Each doll is unique! [Big Grin]

As for whether or not there are other Handy Smurfling dolls out there in the world...I don't know! Guess I'd have to do a search.
