"Papa Smurf & Mama Smurfette" provides examples of:

Berserk Button: Papa Smurf when Sassette calls him out on his relationship with Smurfette.
Calling The Old Man Out: Most of the village is VERY AGAINST Papa Smurf not only marrying Smurfette, but also having a child through her.
Framing Device: The whole story is framed in Traveler Smurf interrupting a peaceful discussion Empath has with Smurfette about a dinner she's having with Papa Smurf (with NO Incest Yay Shipping involved!) to investigate an alternate timeline where Smurfette does fall in love with Papa Smurf.
Incest Yay: Although not very explicit.
Moral Event Horizon: While Papa Smurf does not turn irredeemably evil, his slapping Sassette near the end of the story causes all his remaining little Smurfs to abandon him, leaving him with only Baby Smurf, who himself isn't too pleased.
Old Man Marrying A Child: Fulfilled at least in this alternate timeline story with Papa Smurf marrying Smurfette.
The Reason You Suck Speech: Polaris calmly gives Papa Smurf one after the slapping Sassette incident.
Would Hurt A Child: Papa Smurf proves this after Sassette calls him out on his relationship with Smurfette.

OMS (Oh my smurfness), I'd never imagine Papa Smurf slapping anybody, specially a Smurfling. [Eek!]

That's just how far gone Papa Smurf ends up in that alternate timeline story -- from being the loving and caring parent/leader that he was to a selfish old Smurf only interested in satisfying his desires with Smurfette and not even caring that his "former little Smurfs" needed to be rescued. It's even interesting that in the included origin of Smurfette there's a switch between what Papa Smurf and Smurfette once were -- Papa Smurf still caring about his Smurfs and Smurfette only interested in destroying them -- to what they end up becoming -- Smurfette being eager to rescue her fellow Smurfs and Papa Smurf not wanting to do that.

A few more tropes that come to my mind:

Brain Bleach: Apparently after watching Papa Smurf and Smurfette kissing each other at the wedding, most of the adult Smurfs end up hanging out at Tapper's tavern trying to drown themselves in sarsaparilla ale.
Heel Face Door Slam: Papa Smurf has a sort of awakening to what he has become after slapping Sassette, but it becomes the very thing that causes Smurfette and the remaining little Smurfs still with him to forever leave him behind, leaving only Baby Smurf behind.
Shotgun Wedding: A variation of this trope in that Papa Smurf forces his little Smurfs to marry him to Smurfette under the threat of being exiled from the Smurf Village.

While not TV Tropes...

Protagonist: Empath Smurf
Deuteragonist: Papa Smurf, Smurfette, or Polaris Psyche, depending on the story and the situation within the story.
Supporting character: Most of the other Smurfs who may be written as a central part of the story.
Peripheral character: Most of the other Smurfs who do not occupy a central part of the story.

Kiss Me, I'm Virtual: Polaris' relationship with Elatia, who starts off appearing as a simulated person within the Imaginarium but is really a disembodied spirit, in "Polaris' Fantasy".

Color-Coded Patrician: Deconstructed in the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf novel in that Papa Smurf's red suit came about from simply living among a generation of Smurfs who wore different-colored suits due to being parents; it was only the children who wore white. When Papa Smurf became the only member of his generation still surviving, his red suit simply became a symbol of leader status (as noted in "Papa Smurf & Mama Smurfette" when Empath replaces Papa Smurf's red hat with a white hat when he was deposed as a leader).

Break The Cutie: Empath is basically a prime example of this as, sometime right after his birth, Papa Smurf ends up leaving him in Psychelia crying for his father not to leave him, only to have his memory erased by the Psyche Master. The years-later revelation that Empath is the only begotten son of Papa Smurf, plus the perverted worship he gets from his fellow Smurfs as their Messianic Archetype, makes Empath want to commit suicide and even threaten to take Baby Smurf with him. He only delays this for Papa Smurf to prove that he truly cares for Empath and is truly sorry for leaving him in Psychelia all those years he spent apart from each other.

Grass Is Greener: One would get the sense from the main stories as well as from the Reporter's Inside Stories that Empath was jealous of the kind of life his fellow Smurfs had lived in the Smurf Village, finding it favorable to what he had to go through in Psychelia.

The Empath stories are mostly birthed in the cartoon show universe with some modifications that include elements from the comic books, plus some of my own ideas (Smurflings NOT being de-aged adult Smurfs being one of them). It's not likely that I'll be including Gutsy unless it's an alternate timeline or universe crossover story.

I Did What I Had To Do: Empath explaining his actions in breaking his promise to Papa Smurf about not taking a life in "The Innocence Of A Smurf", that in his training duel with a Psyche, Empath either had to die or kill his opponent. Making the situation even more complicated is that a vision of Papa Smurf, who normally would have Empath uphold his promise at all costs (at least in Empath's thinking), had encouraged Empath to do what he must to survive.
My God, What Have I Done: Papa Smurf's reaction to having to leave Empath in Psychelia as an infant, only to hear him "die" and be unable to save him.

Everybody Calls Him Barkeep: Papa Smurf isn't his real name in the series, but that's what he ends up being called when there's no other Smurf his age around to call him anything. In "Days Of Auld Lang Smurf", though, Papa Smurf has his little Smurfs (with the exception of Empath) go back to calling him "Uncle Cully", at least until they learn that the "resurrected" parent Smurfs were just illusions given physicality.
Asexuality: The relationship Papa Smurf's "resurrected" fellow Smurfs have with each other in "Days Of Auld Lang Smurf". Of course, Papa Smurf is still able to "spend the night alone" with his wife Lillithina.

Blue And Orange Morality: Arguably the Psyches, since their actions don't necessarily fit into the Black And White Morality of the Smurfs. Probably the reason that only a vision of Papa Smurf appears unto Empath during his fight with Polluxis as told in "The Innocence Of A Smurf" instead of Angel Smurf and Devil Smurf to help Empath decide on what to do. Of course, the Psyches do see expression of emotions and any form of physical nudity (which includes how the male Smurfs normally dress) as taboo.

Fully-Clothed Nudity: It's hard to call it this since male Smurfs are only partially clothed (which TV Tropes calls a Walking Shirtless Scene), but Empath does react this way at first when he first tries on Smurf clothes.
