Hi there,I've visited today because I was looking for any information that would help me get this game, better known as Les Schtroumpfs. I notice you almost have the complete collection of every videogame ever produced. You seem to be missing this game - unless this game is the same as the one for Game Boy, is it? Please tell me anything, anything that might help me find this game, Smurfs for the NES, I'm desperately looking for. Sincerely, Rudy

Hi there Sassette & Papa Smurf,Just wanted to thank you for helping me out in my search for the NES Smurfs cartridge. Please be advised that my search has come to an end. I met this great person on ebay who is selling me this NES game in mint condition. Like the great sayings states, "he that seeks will find" or something on those lines. Anyway, I found what I was looking for and I wanted to share this happy ending with you. The German game of the Smurfs is really called "Die Schlümpfe". I'm sending you a picture of this game so that you can post this on your Smurf game section on your web site. Thanks again! P.S. By the way, was that SNES system of the Smurfs ever released?

Rudy! I'm so happy you found the game on eBay! I'd never even known it existed!
However, The Smurfs for SNES (well, I believe Super Famicom) was indeed released. It is strange that the SNES you mention states "PAL Version" because I didn't know PAL versions of the SNES were even made. As far as I'd heard, the Super Famicom was for PAL (and perhaps other systems), and the SNES for NTSC. Go figure.
Thanks for the great picture! And when you get the game, please drop by and tell us how it plays! ![[Big Grin]](/ubb/biggrin.gif)
