Infogrames, the people who make the Smurfs video games (and who own the Atari name), has received warning that they are to be de-listed from NASDAQ.
Although they have until August 30, 2006 to re-gain compliance, they face a lot of challenges. Things have not been going well for Infogrames and Atari recently, and getting de-listed certainly makes the situation worse.
As the publishing company that has pretty much been synonymous with "Smurf game" since the 1990s, this is sad news!

A really sad footnote indeed, considering I'm both a Smurf fan and a classic Atari Era games fan.
By the way, you have an excellent page that goes into detail about the Smurf videogames. However, you forgot about The Smurfs -- Our Heroes Favorites, which is an adaptation of the Super NES version of The Smurfs, for Windows PC which was released in Europe.
