I'm gonna have to say Gargamel. He's technically the only human that's funny. Well, except maybe for Bigmouth, but I don't know if you'd consider him a human because he's been known to be an ogre.
My fave Gargie quote is:
"Peace, brothers!" from "Gargamel the Generous". It was the way he said it (like a hippie) that made it priceless. Especially after he reffered to Vanity as "Brother Vanity".

I personally think Hogatha is funny, even with her failed attempts to beautify herself or to get someone she's attracted to to be with her. I can't do her voice, though, so I end up doing her lines more like Miss Piggy doing Hogatha.
