Please specify the context in which you've used 'I'm losing my mind', for to physically lose all your common senses and intelligence would be a thing to mourn about. However, if you are using it as a metaphor of 'goin nuts' then Bazinga.

I predicted that you meant it figuratively, for otherwise you'd be sitting at your desk chair/ any other seat you are currently using, and staring into space.

i've told several of my friends that i'm probably the best friend they have because they can tell me all their stories over and over and it's always new to me because i always forget so i don't have to pretend to be interested
my sister never used to understand my forgetfulness and used to accuse me of just not listening to her :-D
it isn't quite so bad anymore though my memory does seem to be improving some don't ask me why because i have no idea i haven't done anything differently that i know of

it was that bad for a long time but it's definitely better now although now i almosthate it when i remember a story someone is telling me from before because i don't want to interrupt them and say i've heard it before but i have to unless i want to just pretend things are the same as always and sit through something i already know all about :-D

Oh Nurturer, if you're struggling with memory then might I suggest
Ginkgo Tea-
Ingredients
2 tsp dried/ 5 fresh ginkgo leaves per cup 1 drinking cup freshly boiled water
Recipe
Add the Ginkgo Leaves to a cup of freshly Boiled Water and steep for 10 minutes. Strain, and drink immediately.
Use
Drink this tea once or twice a day.
Rosemary Wine-
Ingredients
1 bottle good-quality (preferably organic) wine 5 springs fresh rosemary
Recipe
Bruise the Rosemary and place in the bottle of Wine. Recork and shake every day for two weeks.
Use
Drink one small wine glass daily after dinner.
I hope these help. ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

If you're not quite the Alchemist, then I might suggest trying to buy these from a local Doctor/Medicine specialist.
