ok everyone things im retarded, but didnt one of the girl smurfs used to be man. i swear to god didnt they make sassette outta a man smurf? im so confused

Smurfette was made out of blue clay and was given a rough form of a female Smurf by Gargamel. Papa Smurf then transformed her into a real Smurf, giving her a much more pleasing form. Sassette's origin is pretty much similar, except she was created by the Smurflings and was much more of a terror than Smurfette was in her pre-real Smurf self, hence she was given the name Sassette. I don't know if there's any real origin story told about Nanny Smurf's creation, but it's likely that she's the only real female Smurf in the village who was born that way.

Nanny Smurf was Smurfette using magic to make herself older so Grandpa would have a companion.

Actually, Nanny Smurf was a separate female Smurf character who was a companion of Grandpa Smurf who got separated from him by accident when Papa Smurf was just a Smurling.
