Welcome fordguyf150, you're BlueBuddies 3000th member!
Thanks for sharing the pictures! Your cute little Bully Smurf is from a game...

  Miniature Bully Smurfs Game
The mini Bully Smurfs actually come from a Smurf Game. The game consists of little Smurf houses, dice, little Smurfs figures all in different colors!
The miniature Smurf figures came in a variety of colors: red, green, blue, and yellow (as shown in the picture above). There are also black, orange and lighter blue figures as well.
You can notice that in this picture, the little Smurfs aren't wearing any pants! Whereas, your little Smurf had the decency to keep his pants on!!! Some of the Smurfs were painted with white hats and pants... some weren't even painted at all! Others were only partially painted (ie. no pants).
Over time, many of the game pieces were lost so that all that remains are the little Smurf figures. Many collectors will collect these colorful little figures to add to their promotional smurfs collection. It doesn't really matter that you don't have the game. In fact, many people are only interested in collecting rare Smurf figures! I think you're very lucky to have him!

Thank-you Sassette for the information. Can you tell me any further information regarding their origin?

You're welcome, Binky!
Here's some more info on the Mini Bully Smurf Figures... These tiny figures are more common to see in Europe (where the game shown above originated). You don't often see these figures in North America, but they do come up for sale every so often.
As was mentioned before, each little figure measures about 3 cm or 1-inch tall. The bottom is stamped with "(c) Peyo Bully".
I personally think the box that the game pieces came in is soooo cute!
Hope this helps! ![[Happy Smurf]](graemlins/Happy_Smurf.gif)

Sassette is right, Binky! Take a look at these Smurf Game figures.
