Go Ask Cartoon Network Bumper
Fans of the old Cartoon Network, remember this bumper? I couldn't find it in any higher quality.
At the end we are greeted by a moody friend of ours.

Great find, Kojinka! I already knew this bumper

I vaguely remember this bumper, but it's really hilarious at the end with Grouchy.
