Hello fellow Smurf Fans. I am an artist/writer. As a child I have enjoyed watching the Smurfs. One christmas I recieved a card game of the Smurfs. I never got to know how to play it, but I used some of different pics of Smurfette to create my own village of the Smurfettes.
Last year I have posted the story I have kept in my head on how I would introduce the smurfettes to the smurfs. If any of you are interested, here is the link to go check it out. It's called "The Smurfette Village":

Also, I have re-designed the smurfette characters, and posted them in my egroup. Here the link if you want to join and check them out in the 'Photos' section:

I am currently working on the second story to this one I have written. Hopefully I will have it ready to post soon.
Take Care, all! Raven Child.

Hi Raven Child!
Thanks for sharing your story with us!
I loved the idea of Hefty moving furniture. I can imagine him perpetually moving furniture for the village of Smurfettes - running from house to house, slightly re-hanging pictures and moving sofas over "two inches". Actually, the more I think about it, the more the idea terrifies me.
It was nice to see such positive roles for all the females but part of me would love to see Harmony and (an off-key) Melody make a cacophonous din together...
Welcome aboard the SmurfBBS, Raven Child! Keep us updated on your great fanfiction and artwork!

Interesting story so far, though some of the names given to the Smurfettes sound rather awkward. I had a similar idea brewing in my head for an EMPATH: THE LUCKIEST SMURF story, with Empath being the one who gets washed out to sea and rescued by what would apparently turn out to be a female version of Empath.
