I saw the picture of pepper & i love it! That's definitely what i want to be. Any pointers on how she did this or how she made her hat? Any help is greatly appreciated! You should buy Smurf blue body latex & face paint! Also, SilverMonkey had a good idea to use blue & white theatre paint - read about his costume here. White Smurf Hat Blond Wig Blue Face / Body Paint White Dress or Tank Top & Skirt Blue Tights White Shoes Ta da! You're a Smurfette! Look at second-hand thrift stores and dollar stores for cheap ideas. Remember that you can always dye your tights blue or bleach light clothing white to get the colors you want out of items that are the correct style. You can even spray-paint shoes white! If you don't want to paint your arms blue, you can always buy/dye a turtle neck blue and wear a white tank top over it. You can get it at Theater/Broadway stores. You more than likely have to get blue and white and mix. This stuff won't run on your clothes of you sweat or get wet.
