 Buy Blue Body Paint Here
Hi mcbrit! I'm so excited you want to be a "blue buddy"... well, at least for Halloween!
You should buy Smurf blue body latex & face paint!
Also, SilverMonkey had a good idea to use blue & white theatre paint - read about his costume here.
If you take a picture, we would all love to see you dressed up as Smurfette! Or come on back and tell us any tips you have for anyone else wanting to dress up as a Smurf!
Have a Smurfy Halloween!

It will be easy to make a Smurfette costume if you just take it step-by-step! Start from top to bottom...
White Smurf Hat Blond Wig Blue Face / Body Paint White Dress or Tank Top & Skirt Blue Tights White Shoes
Ta da! You're a Smurfette!
Look at second-hand thrift stores and dollar stores for cheap ideas. Remember that you can always dye your tights blue or bleach light clothing white to get the colors you want out of items that are the correct style. You can even spray-paint shoes white! If you don't want to paint your arms blue, you can always buy/dye a turtle neck blue and wear a white tank top over it.
Keep us posted with your smurfy progress, Sassette

i have done lots of research on this matter. YOu need to use a grease based paint. You can get it at Theater/Broadway stores. You more than likely have to get blue and white and mix. This stuff won't run on your clothes of you sweat or get wet. ONly comes off with baby oil or petroleum jelly. I too am dressing as a smurf for halloween
