A new page I've put on my website is The Who's Who Of The Smurf Universe, and on it I'll try to catalogue Smurf characters in the proper categories of The Original 100, The Newcomers, Allies, Villians, and those that appear only within the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf stories. What I mean by "The Original 100" is the Smurfs who are part of the 100 Smurfs of the village circa the 1981-1982 cartoon show season and NOT additions, NOT imaginary characters like Don Smurfo, and NOT alternate roles of existing characters like Dreamy being Astrosmurf or Brainy being King Smurf. (And no, I am NOT even considering PVC-developed characters!) Though there have been ordinary Smurfs that came along to our knowledge of them over time, those ordinary Smurfs will still be considered part of "The Original 100" and NOT part of the Newcomers on this page. This is entirely my view and opinion on the subject.
