Well, it seems pretty clear that the messages forum needs an overhaul to improve its standing with the public.
To accomplish this task, Vic Twenty has agreed to become Forum Administator - and make some changes. First, Vic has added a brand new messages forum, Videogames! As well, Hannah now moderates her own Smurfs and Snorks messages board. Papa Smurf added a Music, Rant, and Advertising forum.
In terms of Forum Rules, there are some major changes - no registration of any kind is required! Any user may post a message immediately, without the need of a password. Of course, registration is still available - but now easier than ever. Those users who wish to register their name with a password (to protect it) can do so without email verification - this provides almost instantaneous access, plus the added security of keeping your nickname safe.
Advertising is allowed in the message forums. In fact, advertising and commercial notices are encouraged to be posted in the Advertising section - as long as Smurfs are somehow involved in the site mentioned! (Please keep all advertisements in the Advertising section.)
We've heard you loud and clear - changes to the messages forum have been made, and we think you're going to like them! Please help support Vic Twenty with the new message forum - it should be beneficial for everyone!
We have also added a new game to the games section, The Smurfs Adventure. We are very proud to present the world's only glimpse into this unreleased game for the Game Boy Color. It is a shame this game is still unreleased - perhaps together we all can do something about it..."
