Please can anyone help me. I need to find the song about driving in a little blue car or something like that.?Its been over 19 yrs since I heard it.. my daughter loved it, she was 22 last year and was murdered ..For some reason , I really need to find this song. I let my sister take it out on her boat and it went overboard, 19 yrs ago..
No matter who I ask I have never come close to finding it..
someone must know what I am on about?

I´m only registered here to say how much I sorry such a terrible tragedy, and also because I loved that sweet song as a little and innocent toodler, as your daughter did ... It was so sad that she couldn´t heard that lovely song since her first years of live ...
I know that it has been passed another 19 years since you wrote that so emotional post. Its a shame that I didnt read your post then to help you. Perhaps you'll never read this post, but hoping you could do it I want to answer your post. Its very probably you already had found that lovely song, thanks to Youtube ... that song was titled exactly as you said, "little blue car", and was included in the album "Smurfs All Star Show" (1981).

I'm from Spain, and I know that song in spanish as "El Coche Azul" (which meaned in english "The Blue Car"). In Spain that song was included in an album called "El Gran Libro de los Juegos Pitufos" (the great book of smurfing games). My lovely grandma give me the cassette as a present in my first birthday. That album was going to be the most loved one of my early childhood. Indeed, I putted it on my tape recorder hundred of times as a very little kid. It was the first cassette I putted on my own.
You couldn´t imagine how beautiful memories I have with all songs, and specially with "El Coche Azul", my most loved one of them. To hear that song was to experience the full happiness for me. I couldnt avoid to cry each time I heard it as an adult, as it brings me back many beautiful and sweeet memories. It was like leaving in another dimension, very far of this mad world that killed your daughter ...
So you could understand how much I was shocked reading your statement. As that tragedy was happened to a little girl who loved so much that song when she was just an innocent toodler, like I was.

Some people love the song "Little Blue Car". But if you've never heard of "Little Blue Car", that is understandable too.
The track is only available on certain versions of "The Smurfs All Star Show". Specifically, the 1981 K-tel release, side one - track five. The US and Canada release of The Smurfs All Star Show (Sessions and Polydor) do not feature Little Blue Car at all.
Little Blue Car is also available on the 1982 K-tel release of the album Best of Friends: side one - track three. It is not available on the US / Canada Starland Music (Sessions) or Polydor (Poly) releases of Best of Friends.
Finally, Little Blue car is available on the 1982 Smurfing Sing-Along Picture Disc: side one - track three.
So if you're looking for this song, keep that in mind.
