Kinda fancying to see LOTR: The Two Towers myself, if it's still playing. BTW, is it me, or does Sean Astin's elfin character in the LOTR movies look like a live-action version of the teenage Link from the Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time videogame?

I think some of the $2 theaters are still showing LOTR: The 2 Towers. I'm a big fan of $2 theaters, you can catch a lot of movies you missed when they came around the first time. I was given passes to LOTR: The 2 Towers so that was an exception. You still may be able to catch it on the big screen. Personally I enjoyed the first LOTR a bit more.
You should post your LOTR/Zelda connection theory, you may be on to something.

If you didn't see it you should.

I happened to find Donnie Darko on Showtime 2 the other night and taped it. I'll be watching it in the next few days so I'll let you know if I liked it. Sort of sounds like an obscure indie superhero by the title.

It's interesting, I enjoyed it. Speaking of movies I have a huge urge to see "The Blob" I don't know why, I just want to see it. It used to scare me when I was little, I'd have nightmares about it too. I really want to see it now, it looks cool. --StepH

I don't recall seeing "The Blob"...Is it a true oldie (B&W)?
Last night I watched "Ghost World". A very enjoyable movie, especially welcome since I had just watched Minority Report, which was dreck.
Anyways, If you have seen/do see Ghost World, I particularly liked the friend from high school attending the acting auditions / acting school - she was like nails to a chalkboard. Steve Buscemi and Illeana Douglas are good too.
