"Doom" is a pioneering first-person shooter video game released by id Software in 1993. It set the standard for the genre with its fast-paced gameplay, 3D graphics, and immersive atmosphere. Players take on the role of a space marine fighting through hordes of demons and monsters in a science fiction setting filled with dark, labyrinthine levels.
"Smurf'n Doom" is a fan-made modification of the original "Doom," which reimagines the game by replacing the iconic enemies with Smurfs. In this version, players navigate through the familiar Doom environment as Gargamel, battling against evil versions of the beloved blue creatures instead of traditional demons. The mod maintains the core mechanics of "Doom" while infusing it with a unique Smurf esthetic, offering a crude smurfy twist on the classic formula.
Technical Note: Smurf'n Doom is a Smurf themed graphics and sound patch for Doom. It is not a Total Conversion (TC).
