Hi All,
Farmer Smurf
Recipe.
Figure - the figure is from Jakks Pacific and I cut and repositioned the right leg to make it bend and then I used putty to fix up the leg and fill in the joints. He was painted using Vallejo Paints.
Base - is foam board and to make the raised area's on the ground I used foam and then covered the whole base with a mix of spakfilla/sand with brown paint added.
The bushes are tree armatures and the bushes are from Woodland Scenics. The bucket's were done using balsa wood, plastic card and string and the hoe and pick fork are made from balsa wood and plastic rod and tubes.
The berries are made from putty and once painted I used Woodland Scenics Realistic water to give the skin a shine to them.

Funny, because I don't really see smurfberries as generally being that big to begin with. I do see them now as being like natural anti-depressants for the Smurfs, which explains their general behavior.
