Hi All,
Another smurf dio for the niece and this will be last one for a little while.
Brainy smurf
Recipe
Brainy - is from Jakks Pacific and I removed the arms that came with him and replaced them with another set of arms from another smurf figure. Once the arms were glued on and the joints
covered he was painted using Vallejo paints.
Base - is foam board and the floor is balsa wood with the marked out using a led pencil. The chalk board is balsa wood and plastic and the drawings were done by first drawing them on with a led pencil and then painting over the pencil.
The book case and stool are made from balsa wood and all the books were made by printing them off the net and either using thin foam for the pages or for using multiple pieces of paper to make pages as for the book on the table.
The work table is made using balsa wood and the magnifying glass was done using thing strips of balsa wood and clear plastic for the glass. The candle stand is also balsa wood and the candles were made using plastic tube for the main part of the candle and the flames and melted wax was done using watered down spakfilla.
