I have Poet Smurf in my collection (Number 20022). However, he seems unusual because the feather does NOT have black or red ink on it -- it's just plain white. Does anyone have any knowledge as to a value for this one? I'm wondering if it was a manufacturing error. Thank you!!

Hello there Smurfaloop, welcome to Bluebuddies! Well, it seems that your little Smurf hadn't his feather lines painted. Sometimes this can really happen since Smurf figurines are handpainted (see more here).
I have a Hippie Smurf, and as you can see his mouth outline wasn't painted.
