Seeing that MI has ties to the rest of the Hanna-Babbara cartoon, I'm surprised the Smurfs haven't appeared! Speaking of which... how would they look?

They would probably look the same as in the Hanna-Barbera cartoon of the 1980s, but with individually colored outlines for the characters rather than a single black outline.
Only people such as Michael Bell, Frank Welker, Charlie Adler, Pat Musick, Noelle North, Julie McWhirter, Danny Goldman, June Foray and Alan Oppenheimer would return to reprise their roles.
The rest of the characters will probably be recast.

June Foray has passed away.

Really? Because of the modification to the Scooby Gang not to mention Blue Falcon, it was expecting something a little difference. I even added a tie-in with the Planispheric Disk, remember?

I was thinking about what if she did voices earlier during Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated's original run, before her passing later in 2017.

Now back on topic... What if during their time-travelling adventures, the time-lost Smurfs ended up in Crystal Cove? I was even thinking a crossover RP adaptation of the show which retells the shows events just with the Smurfs added in!

I don't know.
NBC cancelled The Smurfs because the time-travel story arc caused the ratings to plummet.
Are you sure?

Really? Because there are good fanfiction based on the final season like Vic George's "Smurfed Behind" series and the Thomas crossover!

The Smurfs in my fanfiction series WERE NOT MEANT to stay lost in time. It happened only during the period that I call The Lost Year, which was between Empath's 155th and 156th birthdays.

I may have seen this information on Smurfs Fanon Wiki once. http://smurfsfanon.wikia.com/wiki/Smurfed_Behind
