My opinion as far as the most useless characters ever introduced in the Smurf universe is Cobbler and Barber in the Smurfs cartoon show, since they have very limited roles among their fellow Smurfs. Barber doesn't have many customers among the Smurfs that have hair for him to cut, and Cobbler in the cartoon show only has Smurfette as his customer.
What do you think are the most useless characters in the Smurf universe?
