Hi! I'm an international singer/songwriter about to tour Ireland again and I really wanted to do something cute with my tour poster (which I'd be selling) and FB Banner (which would just be for FB).
My whole thing is BLUE. "Bring the crew and wear your BLUE!" to my shows. And I'm touring Ireland. I wanted to do something cute like a green Smurfette holding a blue shamrock:) Or something like that that kind of combined the two colors in a cute way. Is it illegal to make this as a FB banner? Or illegal to make it as a tour poster and sell? Thank you! Sincerely, ~Alyssa

Yah for Ireland! You'll have a whale of a time lass! I'd go with Smurfette in an green irish gúna with a shamrock in her hand and in her cap.
With the poster, I'm not too sure, but, i think it depends on how you show the Smurf....Like this: - If you present her computer animated, like the movie, folks might think that they are makin a new movie or is presenting somthin from the creators from the movie.
-If you present her cartoon animated, it should be ok, but I'm not too sure....
Sorry that I couldn't completely answer your question lass, but I hope it helped a wee bit... ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
