Started collection little blue buddies when I was young, and started again about a year ago.
I thought I was alone... plus didn't know there were so many different ones to collect (with variations).
I expanded my collection last week, I bought 10 smurfs when at a car boot... was rather happy with them... but then the seller threw this house in... they told me it was from when they worked at a National garage and it was used for display... It looks good, but I can't find one like it anywhere... anyone know if it was a smurf house display thing? I've seen similar houses, but this is more like a ski lodge!

If your able to, I'd try to talk to the person who you bought it from. I've seen something like it, but not quite like that. You never know, it could of been built by the original owner, or it could of been a limited addition.

I have never seen this before, and since I havenīt seen it before, I believe it was not for smurfs. You know, there are lots of other kind of toys.

Yeah, I haven't seen one befoe, so it could be something utilised from some other promotion on a different product. There are some sections that seem to small for any of the smurfs I have. It's professionally made piece, moulded plastic... so not a homemade thing. It is very similar to a german house (as pictured) that has a picture of some Smurfs (looks similar construction and plastic). The people I bought it from, threw the house into the deal for free, so, their story wasn't to add value... so it could either be super rare, another random piece that was used for smurfs but was made for purpose, or they are mistaken... either way, it's kinda cool when it has some of my collection arranged in it.

I talked to me mom, and she said that it looked like an old shadow box that was used to display model cars, or porcelain, antiques, or small dolls, but not smurfs. ......Well the bright side to this whole confusion is that you god a neet shadow box, that looks about $20-45 that you can put some cool stuff in! ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
