Topic: What's a good brand of hobby grass for a smurf village?

I'm getting a large display case for my smurfs that I'd like to line with hobby grass, which is usually used for miniature trains but I've seen in others' villages with great results. When I was much younger, I tried to make a village set and used hobby grass but the bottom of my smurfs' feet turned green. Does anyone have any recommendations for hobby grass that leaves the bottom of my smurfs clean? Have a smurfy day!

Hi Kevinette,
I've never used hobby grass so I don't have a personal recommendation for it. It seems there are many types to choose from. Below is a link to see a variety of choices - each one has customer feedback so maybe that can help you make an informed decision.

And then I thought that maybe this light green grass looked nice and would work well for a Smurf Village. (I don't know about the color transfer issue though)
