Hey Sassette I saw your Smurf games site. . .Any idea where I could buy the two Super Nintendo games?

I don't think either of the SNES Smurfs games were released in the United States. (Nintendo Power did a several page spread about the Super NES version of the first game back in 1996, but Infogrames never went through with its release over here.) You'd most likely find them in Europe, and they would most likely play only on their SNES systems...unless you have a special adapter for playing foreign titles on your native SNES.

Hi Vic,
You'd think that completed, finished games would be "all profit" for a company like Infogrames. Even if they just sold a few thousand, there is no additional cost to them - the games are already made.
I've been told they don't think like that, though. When they release a game, they release it mass-market, nationwide, with advertising, new artwork, etc. etc. A shame though, because I'd love to see USA/NTSC releases of all those completed (but unreleased) Smurf games.
