Your Smurf cars are from the ERTL series. See more pictures here.
In 1982, the American toy company, ERTL released a set of die-cast metal Smurf Cars. The vehicles are 1/64 scale. There are 8 different Smurf cars - including a Gargamobile!
1) "Smurf-About" (Smurf in log car with a mushroom)
2) The Smurfster (Papa Smurf in green car)
3) "The Smurfetta" (Smurfette in red car)
4) "Areo-Smurf" (Pilot Smurf in yellow airplane) 5) "Ol' McSmurf" (Farmer Smurf in orange tractor)
6) "Handy" (Smurf in brown car)
7) "The SMURF and Ladder Truck" (Smurf in red Firetruck)
8) "Gargamobile" (Gargamel in blue car)

The ERTL Smurf cars were originally sold in either individual packages (blister card) or in a box set of 4 different cars.
I have seen many different combinations of The Smurfs ERTL Box Sets:
* Gargamobile / Tractor / Firetruck / Airplane
* Gargamobile / Smurfette Car / Papa's Green Car / Airplane
* Gargamobile / Papa's Green Car / Smurfette Car / Airplane
* Log Car / Smurfette Car/ Papa's Green Car / Airplane
* Log Car / Smurfette Car / Handy's Car / Airplane
* Log Car / Tractor / Handy's Car / Airplane

The value varies depending on the condition and if the Smurf car is in the original package. If the Smurf car has chipped paint or a missing tire, it will obviously be worth less. Sometimes the Smurf figure gets chewed up as well. From your picture, it looks like your two Smurf cars are in great condition.
Also to note, the Smurf Log Car, Smurfette Car and Papa Smurf Car are more common than the other vehicles. Typically the firetruck, airplane and tractor sell for more. Also, the Gargamobile is quite popular.
Just last month, I saw the Smurf Log Car (in a package) sell for $25. And the same seller sold the Gargamobile, Firetruck & Airplane for $40 each. I've also seen the packaged cars sell for as much as $50-$80 each over the years.
Individual cars (without a package) are usually priced $10 to $30. I've seen them sell for less and much more... it all depends on what a person is willing to pay on any particular day!

Your Smurf toy car is the ESCI Superman Smurf Car from 1983.
Smurf wears a red cape and black mask. There is a Super Smurf (like Superman) "S" emblem on the front of his clothing. Some people also refer to him as the Spy Smurf because of his black face mask. Superman Smurf drives a red race car!

ESCI Smurf Cars Set (Puffi in Auto)
Scale: 1/43 Die-Cast Metal
There is a set of ESCI Smurf cars / vehicles from Italy called "PUFFI in Auto". The toy cars came out in 1983. They are die-cast metal and very similar to the ERTL Smurf cars but with different fun designs. Each Smurf vehicle came in a colorful box with a clear window. Each box is labelled, "Puffi in Auto - ESCI Made in Italy (c) 1983 Peyo KORTEKAAS MERCH".
There are 8 cars in the ESCI Smurf Cars series:
1) Black Smurf in Yellow Car
2) Papa Smurf in Brown Boot Car
3) Smurf in Red Car
4) Smurf in Pink Car
5) Superman Smurf in Race Car
6) Smurfette in Corn Car
7) Gargamel Car
8) Smurfette in Frog Vehicle

Did you know? The same set of 8 Smurf cars are also available by the French toy company Orli Jouet called, "Les Schtroumpfs En Voiture Miniature Metal".
